1. Overview
We aim for your satisfaction. Because business cards are custom-printed, returns are generally limited. However, we offer refunds or reprints under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued for orders that are defective, damaged in transit, or if the wrong product was shipped. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and order details.
3. Custom Orders
Orders with custom designs submitted by the customer cannot be returned for reasons related to design choice, such as layout preferences or typos — unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact support@funnyidsfactory.com with your order number and issue description. If approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items (if required), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non refundable except in cases of damage or error on our part. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
7. Exchanges
We may offer reprints or exchanges for defective items at no additional cost.
